Event Description: Open/USA/Club divisions: Three day Festival Format with Elimination Playoffs on Monday. All Teams play at least 1 match on Monday. This event operates under the guidelines of the USAV Boys Championship Manual. You may access it online from above. The BWVC tournament ball is Molten FLISTATIC (V5M5000-3). The GWVC will use the Molten Super Touch.
Checkin is now open on AES. Checkin is online AES. Please do this carefully. No Roster additions (players or coaches) may be made at a Bid Tournament once a team has commenced match play in that event. (Emergency roster changes may be made at in coordination with Championship until your 1st match.) The initial online checkin session will last until 8 pm EST on Friday 1/22/2021.

Materials needed at event: 1. Teams will need to bring an electronic whistle for your R2. 2. Coaches will need a contactless thermometer to check temperatures daily. 3. WVC 2021 Daily Health Sticker Process
The key person is this process is the team’s Head Coach!!!! They have the responsibility for everything.
Every day before Competition!!!!! 1. All members, coaches, players, club staff, families, of the 45 person delegation must complete the online health screen each day prior to competition and be temperature checked. Click links on our home page, https://n3tvolleyball.com/index.html. 2. The Head Coach shall consult with all members of the delegation as to the results of the health screens and report the results the Daily Health form also on the home page above. 3. The Head Coach ONLY should bring the Daily Heath form each day to the Griffin Room on the 2nd floor on the JW Marriott, 10 S West St. They will turn in the Daily Health Form and ( if all is OK) receive the 45 stickers for the team’s Wave and Hall. The sticker is only useable for the specific wave and hall. 4. No one will be allowed to enter the convention center without the correct sticker. Individuals wishing to observe a team must have a sticker from the team’s delegation.
ONLY the Head coach should come to the JW Marriott between the following hours:
Wave AM Play at 8am: 6:00am to 7:30am Play at 8:30am: 6:45am to 8am
Wave Mid-day Play at 12:45pm: 9:30am to 11:45am Play at 1:15pm: 10am to to 12:15pm
Wave PM Play at 5:30pm: 3pm to 5pm Play at 6pm: 3:30pm to 5:30pm Team delegations should not expect to linger in the JW Marriott. Security may ask them to leave if this directive is not followed.

Officials We will schedule 1st Referees for all rounds. The cadre includes a large contingent of International, National, and Junior National officials. In the case of circumstances beyond our control, coaches may be asked to assist (as we have done for years).
Schedules andResultswill be Posted at AES. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE THE VENUE ON ANY DAY WITHOUT VERIFYING YOUR PLAYING/OFFICIATING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE NEXT ROUND OF PLAY.

There are no Bids in the Boys Club divisions.
Event Roster & Medical/Emergency Release Requirements: 1. All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization. 2. All players must meet age classifications requirements. NOTE: Age waiver players are only eligible in the specified divisions for qualification events and national competitions (National & Regional Qualifiers and the Junior Olympics) 3. All staff listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization. A staff member listed on the roster for the team/club will be with the team/club at all times during while attending this competition. 4. All coaches are required to be Impact and Safe Sport certified. 5. A staff member listed on the roster for the team will be with this team and have access to medical/emergency release for each player listed on the official roster. 6. The team understands it is subject to any and all penalties for incorrect or incomplete information on this form or incomplete or incorrect results information. 7. The roster for any team earning a bid will be frozen as submitted on this form.
NO COACHES MEETING WILL BE HELD. Medical: Athletic trainers will be available near Hall D and Hall H/I. Please be sure to bring your own medical kits/first aid supplies or be prepared to purchase it. Standard emergency protocols will be followed in case of injury. Coaches, you are required to have your USAV Medical Release information with you at all times during the event.
Concessions: There will be no onsite concessions. Please be sure to adhere to all food/beverage restrictions at each site. Absolutely NO carry-in food (coolers) are allowed anywhere in the facility.
